| Somalia frees 78 Iranian sailors |

.jpg) TEHRAN – Seventy eight Iranian sailors have been released from Somalia’s jails on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, the Iranian deputy foreign minister for consular and expatriates’ affairs said on Thursday.
Thanks to efforts by the Iranian Foreign Ministry, the sailors were released and returned home on Tuesday, Hassan Qashqavi said without specifying on what charges they had been detained.
