.jpg) TEHRAN – Ismail Haniyeh, democratically elected Palestinian Prime Minister, has sent a letter to Iran’s new Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif, congratulating him on his appointment.
Haniyeh appreciated the Islamic Republic for its support of the Palestinian people and the rightful Palestinian cause.
Zarif was officially inaugurated as new foreign minister by Iranian President Hassan Rohani on Saturday.
