.jpg) TEHRAN – Iranian president Hassan Rohani issued a decree on Saturday appointing Majid Ansari as vice president for parliamentary affairs.
He formerly served as vice president for legal and parliamentary affairs under former president Mohammad Khatami.
Ansari is now a member of the Expediency Council and a member of the Central Council of the Association of Combatant Clerics.
He had also been a representative of Tehran in the parliament.
