|Iran, 5+1 will meet by Feb. 20: Zarif||
TEHRAN – Iran and the six major powers will resume their negotiations on a final nuclear agreement in February, Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif wrote on his Facebook page on Saturday.
The agreement was made during Zarif’s meeting with EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton – who represents world powers in nuclear negotiations with Iran – on the sidelines of the annual meeting of the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.
According to Zarif, the sides have agreed to meet by February 20.
The six-month interim agreement, which was reached between Iran and six world powers in Geneva last November, came into force on January 20.
