|Rouhani urges legal experts to analyze nuclear deal||
TEHRAN – Iranian President Hassan Rouhani has called on legal experts to precisely analyze the details of the interim nuclear deal signed between Iran and the six major powers in Geneva last November.
The president made the call in a cabinet meeting on Wednesday, a day after Iranians massively participated in rallies marking the 35th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution.
Rouhani called the interim deal a “great achievement”, adding that the “anger of Zionists” over the deal is a proof to the success of negotiations.
The president said this success is owed to the guidelines of the Supreme leader and polices of “the government of hope and prudence”.
Irritated over the nuclear deal between Iran and the 5+1 powers (the five permanent members of the UN Security Council and Germany), Israeli Prime Minister Benyamin Netanyahu has called it a “historic mistake”.
Iran and the major powers plan to continue negotiations to draw up a comprehensive final deal in six months. The negotiations are set to start on February 18 in Vienna.
