The offer was made by Deputy Foreign Minister for Arab and African Affairs Hossein Amir Abdollahian in a meeting with Nigerian Ambassador Tukur Mani in Tehran on Monday.
The proposal was welcomed by the Nigerian diplomat.
The ambassador also said the statements issued by Iranian officials in condemnation of the despicable act are praiseworthy.

Boko Haram militants are savages
Grand Ayatollah Nasser Makarem Shirazi also condemned Boko Haram, saying their action has no connection with the teachings of Islam.
“The world should know that they (Boko Haram) are alien to Islam, and they are not Muslim at all… in fact they are savages who do not deserve to be called human beings,” the ayatollah said on Sunday.
