|Russia optimistic about comprehensive nuclear deal||
TEHRAN – Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov says Moscow is hopeful that a comprehensive final deal between Iran and the world powers would be clinched by July 20.
During a meeting with Iranian Ambassador to Moscow Mehdi Sanaei on Monday, Ryabkov threw Russia’s support behind Iran’s nuclear energy program and underscored that Moscow backs the development of Tehran’s nuclear program.
He also raised the prospect of future nuclear cooperation between Tehran and Moscow and the possibility of reaching an agreement to build new nuclear plants in Iran.
