Ali Akbar Salehi said Iran expects that the nuclear talks which are underway in Vienna to reach a conclusion.
The nuclear talks between Iran and the 5+1 group (the five permanent members of the UN Security Council plus Germany) started on July 2.
The U.S., France, Britain and Germany have been demanding too much from Iran in nuclear talks. However, Russia and China have acted as intermediary between Iran and the Western countries.
Kazem Jalali, director of the Iranian Parliament Research Center, has also said that Iran has entered nuclear talks with good will since the start of talks.
If the talks produce no result, the Western countries should bear the responsibility, the Fars news agency quoted him as saying.
A July 20 deadline is set to clinch a long-term comprehensive nuclear deal.
