 TEHRAN – Hojjatoleslam Mohammad Ali Sadouqi, the Friday prayers leader of Yazd, passed away early Saturday at the age of 62.
The untimely demise of Supreme Leader’s representative in Yazd came on the martyrdom anniversary of his father, Ayatollah Mohammad Sadouqi, who was a close ally of Imam Khomeini and one of the leading opponents of the Pahlavi regime.
