| Sheikholeslami to be nominated for cooperatives minister |

 TEHRAN – Iranian First Vice President Mohammad Reza Rahimi has said that Abdolreza Sheikholeslami will be nominated for the post of Cooperatives, Labor and Welfare minister. Rahimi said the decision has been made by President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad following his proposal of a plan to merge a number of ministries in a bid to downsize the government and increase its efficiency.
