| Iran, Algeria FMs discuss North Africa developments |

TEHRAN – Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi, during a brief visit to Algiers on Wednesday, met with Algerian Foreign Minister Mourad Medelci to discuss bilateral ties and the latest developments in North Africa. After meeting with his Algerian counterpart, Salehi left the African country for Nigeria to attend the meeting of the Developing 8 which opens on Thursday in Abuja. The D-8 is comprised of Bangladesh, Egypt, Indonesia, Iran, Malaysia, Nigeria, Pakistan, and Turkey.
