 TEHRAN –- In response to former deputy Majlis speaker Mohammad Reza Khatami’s remarks about the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps, MP Hossein Fadaii says, “Sepah is obligated to identify deviant and corrupt elements and inform people about their plots and ploys.” He said seditionists should admit that they have cooperated with the hegemonic system and counter-revolutionary groups and should apologize to people for betraying the country. The MP added the smear campaign against the IRGC is doomed to fail because it is the same path taken by the United States and Israel.
