 TEHRAN – Morteza Nabavi of the Islamic Society of Engineers has said that he believes reformists are planning for the parliamentary election in March 2012 and will certainly field their candidates. The veteran principlist also predicted that the moderate reformists, who have not crossed the red lines and overstepped the principles laid out in the Constitution, will enter the scene and take part in election campaigns.
