| Iran envoy in Moscow to attend Caspian Sea meeting |

 TEHRAN - Mohammad Mehdi Akhundzadeh, the Iranian president’s special envoy for Caspian Sea affairs, arrived in Moscow on Monday to attend the 29th meeting on the formulation of the Caspian Sea legal regime, which is scheduled to be held from July 19 to 20. Representatives of four other Caspian Sea littoral states will also attend the meeting.
