 TEHRAN – President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has praised the Supreme Leader’s initiative for settling disagreements between three branches of government, saying the administration is determined to abide by the law and will cooperate with the Mediation Council established at the behest of the Leader. On Monday, the Leader appointed Ayatollah Mahmoud Hashemi Shahroudi as chairman of a special council tasked with settling disagreements and regulating relations between the three branches of government.
