 TEHRAN - Iranian intelligence agents have had a clash with terrorists affiliated with PJAK (the Party for a Free Life in Kurdistan) in northwestern Iran in which some PJAK members were killed and others arrested.During a clash in West Azerbaijan Province, the intelligence agents killed three PJAK members, including a person wanted in connection with a recent explosion at a section of an Iran-Turkey gas pipeline, and arrested four, the Intelligence Ministry announced on Monday. Early on Friday morning, an explosion at a section of a natural gas pipeline near Maku, which is close to the Iranian-Turkish border, cut gas supplies to Turkey. After the clash with the PJAK members, the Iranian intelligence forces also seized weapons, ammunition, and documents, some of which described plans for future attacks on Iran.
