 TEHRAN – Qatari Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Khalid bin Mohamed Al-Attiyah has condemned the assassination of the Iranian academic, Mostafa Ahmadi-Roshan, who was killed in Tehran on January 11. Attiyah made the remarks during a recent meeting with Iranian Ambassador Abdollah Sohrabi in Doha. In the meeting, Sohrabi commented on the Strait of Hormuz and said that the Islamic Republic will make every effort to maintain peace in this strategic checkpoint.
