 TEHRAN – Saudi King Abdullah will be invited to the XVI Summit of the Non-Aligned Movement, which is scheduled to be held in Tehran from August 26 to 31.
“The reports claiming that the Islamic Republic of Iran has no decision to invite the Saudi king to participate in the summit have no basis in fact,” Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister for Arab and African Affairs Hossein Amir-Abdollahian said in an interview with the Persian service of IRNA published on Monday.
