URMIA, Iran - A groundbreaking ceremony was held on Wednesday in the northwestern city of Urmia to build a medical and research center for rare diseases.
The ceremony was attended by West Azarbaijan’s governor and other local officials.
The center will have diagnostic and treatment departments and will be free of charge for those who suffer from such diseases.
