Over 7.5 million elementary students will be in classrooms in Iran

c_330_235_16777215_0___images_stories_edim_12_translation-pic-1.jpgTEHRAN – The deputy director of primary education at the Education Ministry has said that more than 7.5 million elementary school students in Iran are set to being school this academic year starting on September 23, the Persian service of the Mehr News Agency reported on Saturday. 
 
Pointing to the vital role of the primary education, Fatemeh Qorbani said, “In the past three years out of 120,000 eligible students who were left behind in the education system, 60,000 were identified and drawn in behind schools desks.” 
 
She expressed hope in attracting the remaining students to classes soon.
