Discus thrower Ehsan Hadadi may stay in U.S.

According to Afshin Davari, head of Iran Athletic Federation, Wolfgang Schmidt from Germany will likely be appointed as Hadadi coach and since the coach currently lives in the U.S., the Iranian discus thrower will have to travel to the country and stay there for the trainings. 
 
Wolfgang Schmidt, 58, is a former German track and field athlete, who competed for East Germany at the 1976 Olympics and won the silver medal in the discus throw.
 
Ehsan Hadadi claimed a silver medal in the 2012 London Olympic Games is preparing for the 14th World Championships in Athletics which will be held in Moscow, Russia.
