.jpg) Iran earned a narrow victory against Japan in the semi-final round of the Asian Youth Boy’s Volleyball Championship in Tehran’s Azadi Stadium on Wednesday.
Iran beat Japan 3-2 (29-27, 23-25, 23-25, 25-22, 15-5).
Iran will play the winner of Chinese and South Korea in the final on Thursday.
The top four teams of the championship booked berths in the FIVB World Youth Boys’ Championship which will be held in Mexico next year.
A total of the 11 teams participate in the 9th edition of the Asian Youth Boy’s Volleyball Championship.
