.jpg) Iran’s 44-member team will compete at the 2nd West Asian Athletics Championship which will take place in Dubai from 12 to 16 December.
In the first edition of the competition held in Syria, Iran finished in second place with 10 gold medals, seven silvers and six bronzes.
This event will bring 11 countries, namely, the UAE, Iran, Bahrain, Lebanon, Syria, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Palestine, Oman and Yemen together.
