.jpg) Persepolis football team was held to a goalless draw by Saba on Sunday.
Persepolis, who has gotten back on the track in the recent matches with its new coach Yahya Golmohammadi, drew 0-0 with Saba in its away game.
Traktorsazi moved top of the table of Iran Professional League after defeating Rah Ahan 3-0 thanks to a goal from Flavio Lopez and a double by Mehdi Seyed Salehi.
Esteghlal is second with one game in hand. The Blues are scheduled to face Mes on Monday in Tehran’s Azadi Stadium.
Elsewhere, Naft of Tehran crushed struggling Sanat Naft 4-1, relegation-threatened Gahar defeated Paykan 2-0, Foolad beat Aluminum 2-1, Damad was held to a 1-1 draw by Saipa, Sepasi defeated Malavan 2-1 and Sepahan earned a rip-roaring 4-3 win over Zob Ahan.
