|Iran’s defender Khosro Heydari reveals Bundesliga 2 offer||
TEHRAN - Iran international defender Khosro Heydari claimed that he has received an offer from Bundesliga 2 side FC Nürnberg.
Heydari had a good performance in all of Iran’s three group stage matches in World Cup and now it seems he has caught the eye of some German clubs.
“I have an offer from FC Nürnberg. They travelled to Brazil to watch me playing against Argentina but unfortunately I was not in the starting lineup for that game and came on as a substitute in the 76th minute. I have also an offer from another Bundesliga 2 team and we’re negotiating with the team,” Heydari told Fars News Agency.
Esteghlal defender denied any offer from China or Qatar and admitted: “I would prefer to stay in Iran and play for Esteghlal rather than moving to small clubs in China or Qatar”.
Heydari has played for Esteghlal since 2011 and scored one goal in 73 appearances.
