| Iran drawn into Group B of Junior Water Polo Championships |

Iran has been drawn in Group B of the 16th FINA World Junior Water Polo Championships which will be held in Volos, Greece from August 27 to September 4. A total of 20 teams divided into four groups of five teams. Iran was drawn in the group along with Italy, Kazakhstan, Kuwait and Hungary. The Persians is scheduled to face Kazakhstan on August 27 in its opening. “I am sure that our best junior water polo teams will keep an excellent memory of this competition. I wish all the teams participating in the event, the best of luck and for the best to win,” FINA President Julio Maglione said.
