Karim Ansarifard joins Persepolis

The 22-year-old Iran international, who scored 21 goals for Saipa in last season, has moved to the Iranian giant for an undisclosed fee. 
 
“My dream has come true. Persepolis is a great club and any player likes to play in the team. I want to make Persepolis’ fans happy, that’s why I am here,” Ansarifard said.
 
Ansarifard has played 30 times for Iran football team and scored seven goals including the winner against North Korea at the 2011 Asian Cup. The 2011-12 Iran Professional League top scorer had been linked with a move to Germany and Turkey this off-season.
 
Elsewhere, Emirates Club midfielder Pejman Nouri joined his former team Malavan. Former Persepolis midfielder Maziar Zare also moved to Malavan. 
 
Foolad announced the signing of Esteghlal captain Mehdi Amirabadi on Sunday.  
 
And Esteghlal midfielder Andranik Teymourian joined Al-Kharitiyath of Qatar on a one-year contract.
