    In Kashmir, 74% increase in disabilities in 3 years due to conflict

    In three years – between 2015 and 2017 – when the BJP-PDP coalition government was in place in Jammu & Kashmir, 31,085 people were certified as disabled in different districts, marking 74 percent jump from 17,898 people in three preceding years, according to a report published by India Spend, a data-driven, public-interest news website.
