Sheikh Naim Qassem made the remarks on Sunday while commenting on the continuing Israeli aggression against the Palestinian population in Gaza, according to Al-Alam.
Qassem further lashed out at Israeli regime’s top ally, the U.S., as well as the international community, charging them with complicity in the latest aggression against Gaza.
He also deplored “appalling Arab apathy” toward the atrocities of the Tel Aviv regime.
“The glorious Palestinian resistance backed by its generous people, will come out victorious, as did the resistance in Lebanon, because they are the rightful owner of the land,” Qassem said in reference to the July 2006 defeat of the Israeli regime’s massive military aggression against Hezbollah and the Lebanese territory.
