TEHRAN (IRNA)-- Majlis Speaker Mahdi Karrubi here on Sunday expressed hope that the Majlis and the government would adopt the required considerations to resolve the financial problems of Iran's education sector while drafting the future monetary policies of the country.

Karrubi, speaking before the Majlis open session, hoped that the Majlis and the government would try to remove the financial problems of those working in the education sector when devising the state budget bill of the next Iranian calendar year of 1383 (starting March 20, 2004) and the Fourth Development Plan (2005-2010. He also congratulated academics, teachers and students over the start of the new academic year, and urged the students to struggle for the prosperity of the Islamic Republic.
