Research Week to Open Nationwide on Saturday
Head of Art, Culture, and Communication Research Center said that undertaking research for the achievement of sustainable national development is the main perspective of the 8th round of the week.
Mohmmad Samiei added that three cultural festivals are to be held for the first time during the week-long event.
He continued that selecting “Top Research Works on Islamic Economy” and “Top Literary Research Foundations” are among the programs to be conducted on Dec.13 and 15 at Tarbiyat Modarres University and Tehran University respectively.
A ceremony honoring the top selected winners of the 8th and 5th international rounds of the International Cultural Research of the Year will also be held on Dec.16 at Vahdat Hall.
On the 4th day of the week, Research and Art Festival is also scheduled, said Samiei, adding that an exhibition of the latest student artworks will also be staged during the week.
Festival of top research works carried out by clans will also be held at the meeting hall of the Ministry of Agricultural Jihad on Dec.17.
A Dozen meetings with the participation of scholars, journalists and university professors are also expected to be held at Iran’s Carpet Museum. RM/SRM/IS END MNA
