Mfg. of boilers for SP phases 7&8 finished

TEHRAN — Azarab Company of Arak has recently finished the manufacturing of boilers due to be used at the South Pars (SP) gas field, an official with the company said on Sunday.
“Azarab Company has completed the manufacturing of five boilers for the use at the phases 7 and 8 at the South Pars,” Gholam-Hossein Nemati told the Mehr News Agency in Arak, the capital city of Markazi (Central) Province.
Each boiler weighs 165 tons and can bear 85.15 bar of hydrostatic pressure, he noted, adding, it turns steam energy to mechanic and electric energies.
He further said that manufacturing of the five boilers took 16 months for completion.
He also said that Azarab Company is currently constructing one boiler for Tehran Refinery and two others for Mahshahr Refinery. FK/MA END MNA
