Yarani wins gold in Izmir taekwondo tournament

IZMIR, Turkey --Iranian taekwondoka Amir Yarani clinched the gold medal in the 7th World Junior Taekwondo Championship which are underway in Izmir, Turkey.

Yarani defeated Gorge Vallace of Mexico on Thursday in the final game and won the championship.
About 900 taekwondokas from 84 countries are competing in western Turkish province of Izmir.
The ten Iranian junior taekwondokas are taking part in the five-day tournament
