TEHRAN – The Trade Promotion Organization of Iran (TPOI) stated on Friday that 30 commercial attachés for various countries will be appointed by the end of September 2009.

IRNA quoted Hamid Zadbum as saying that the number of Iranian commercial attachés will reach 21 by the end of the current Iranian calendar year (March 20, 2009).
The official also added that TPOI is to establish five trade centers in collaboration with the private sector in Armenia, Tajikistan, the United Arab Emirates, Sudan, and Belarus
