Ahmadinejad, Oman’s Sultan discuss regional developments

TEHRAN - During a phone conversation on Tuesday, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and Omani Sultan Qaboos bin Said Al Said exchanged views on the latest developments in the region.

Ahmadinejad said the people of the regional countries can turn the current situation to their own advantage by adopting appropriate approaches.
He added the promotion of cooperation between Tehran and Muscat would benefit the region.
The Omani Sultan also announced his country’s readiness to expand relations with the Islamic Republic
