TEHRAN - The deputy chairman of the Tehran City Council estimated that Mehdi Chamran will be reelected as the chairman of the council.

According to Morteza Talaei, principlist and reformist councilors are continuing talks to form the observatory board of the council, Tabnak reported Sunday.

He added principlists will endorse Chamran.

Talaei hoped that as a vibe of cooperation and friendship has settled over the council, it will be able to serve Tehraners better.
