TEHRAN - Iran is standing against Takfiris and other currents that are in tune with the Mossad and CIA, Majlis deputy speaker Mohammad Hassan Abu Torabi Fard has said.

Addressing a conference on martyrs of terror in Tehran on Monday, he said Iran has adopted the mission to fight terrorism, the Qatreh news website reported.

“We will use all we have to rid the Islamic world, especially Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Syria, and Lebanon of the threat,” he underlined.

He said Islamic unity is the most powerful tool to fight terrorism.

Praising the Lebanese resistance, he said, “Lebanon has turned into a symbol for Islamic resistance against the West and Zionists.”
