TEHRAN - The interim Friday prayer leader of Tehran has said enemies of Iran were seeking to “eliminate” Iran during the nuclear talks.
They wanted to eliminate Iran and that is the aim for the global arrogance, Ayatollah Mohammad Emami Kashani said, according to Khabarfarsi.“We should close the doors of infiltration,” he said, asserting that “economy, ethics, and politics should have walls” to prevent infiltration.
He also pointed to the current developments in Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Palestine and Yemen and said, “These are done by the House of Saud and their leaders are inferior and have become servants to America and Israel. They drag people into blood and call themselves servants of the holy shrines.”
Pointing to the recent Syria talks held in Vienna, Emami Kashani said Iran’s attendance in the talks showed the Islamic Republic is powerful and respected.
