May 10, 2016

TEHRAN – Islamic Ideology Dissemination Organization (IIDO) Director Hojjatoleslam Seyyed Mehdi Khamushi has praised the organizers of the 29th Tehran International Book Fair for selecting a new venue for the event this year.

In a visit to the exhibition on Monday, he expressed his thanks to the Tehran Municipality and the Tehran City Council for their collaboration in building Shahre Aftab, the newly-constructed fairground in southern Tehran hosting the book fair, the Persian service of MNA reported.

He said that people from other Iranian cities have easy access to Shahre Aftab and asked them to seize the opportunity to visit the cultural event, which ends on May 14.

The organizers relocated the fair this year from Imam Khomeini Mosalla to Shahre Aftab.
