TEHRAN – Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has recently congratulated Iran on the launch of the Bushehr nuclear power plant, the Fars News Agency reported on Monday. 

Putin also hailed efforts that Iranian and Russian experts made in this regard. 

The Bushehr nuclear power plant was temporarily connected to the national grid and reached 40 percent of its capacity on September 13.
