Iranian painter to hold benefit exhibition for children

TEHRAN -- Painter Faranak Kalhor will hold a benefit showcase for disabled children and children suffering from cancer at her house.

Her exhibition entitled “Heaven’s Entrance” will be held from November 2 for ten days at her apartment in Tehran.

Thirty real and post-impressionistic paintings in acrylic, pastel and color pencils will go on sale at the exhibition.

She has painted on some photos that she had taken from nature in a manner that originates from her own imagination about the artwork.

Kalhor has previously exhibited her paintings in group showcases in different cities of Germany, but this is her first solo exhibition.

The venue is located on No. 12, Sarafraz St., off Shahid Beheshti Ave.
