ATHENS The Palestinian people will revert to armed struggle against the Zionists if the international community fails to grant Palestinians an independent state on the West Bank and Gaza Strip, said Ahmed Abdul Rahman, secretary general of the PA Ministerial Council Monday. Abdul Rahman said in an interview with Arabic daily Al Quds the Palestinians resorted to the peace process in order to reduce their suffering and sacrifices, adding, however, that we would certainly resume the armed struggle if the peace process failed to achieve our goals.
