TEHRAN - Expediency Council Chairman Ayatollah Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani said on Monday that adequate measures should be taken to address rising prices, economic pressure, and unemployment to help promote national cohesion and prevent the exploitation of the situation by enemies. 

 

National cohesion can serve as a shelter from both internal and external threats posed to the country. 

 

He also stated that it is necessary that unity be maintained between the people and officials.
