TEHRAN -- Although reporters had been invited to attend a meeting between the officials of Municipality's Cultural Organization, Tehran's mayor and members of Tehran City Council (TCC), they were barred from the meeting at the last minute.
The reporters were told yesterday that the meeting was private.
It is also said that the TCC members were not invited to the meeting.
