TEHRAN -- Two Iranian literati, Gholamreza Tariqi and Hamidreza Shekarsari, are in Bosnia-Herzegovina to attend the Sarajevo Poetry Days.

Introduced by Iran’s Poetry and Fiction Foundation, Shekarsari delivered his speech on today and Tariqi will give his speech tomorrow, the organizers have announced on the website.

The Sarajevo Poetry Days has been one of the most important cultural events in Southeast Europe since 1962. 

Writers, literary critics, and translators from Bosnia, Croatia, Germany, Serbia, Macedonia and Turkey are attending the six-day festival, which opened on Tuesday.
