Minister: Global Trade an Undeniable Reality

TEHRAN Labor Minister Hossein Kamali said here Monday that global trade is an undeniable reality and to check any economic vulnerability as a result of the phenomenon, the country should enter competition with other countries.
Kamali told members of the Islamic Labor Council in the provinces of Zanjan and Isfahan that it would be impossible for Iran to attain its due share in the world trade unless it gains access to modern technology and produces competitive products.
The most favorable commercial system for competition within the comparative advantage framework is the one under which countries gain expertise in world trade in light of their God-given resources, said Kamali, adding that without this no country can achieve welfare.
