TEHRAN The U.S.-led fact-finding mission which is to launch an inquiry into the causes of the ongoing Palestinian Intifada will not summon Israeli soldiers and settlers for interrogation on the atrocities they perpetrated against unarmed Palestinian civilians, IRNA quoted a report from Al-Qods.
