ENTEKHAB The worsening of air pollution in Tehran in the last couple of days has made more people suffer from heart diseases and call on the emergency wards. Every day some 95 patients had to go to emergency centers. The Quality Control Department of Air Pollution Company of Tehran (QCDAPCT) once again warned that 4,600 people die each year in Tehran of air pollution. On the other side, the Information Center of QCDAPCT announced that the density of two polluting factors, carbon monoxide and the suspended air particles, are far above the standards.
Meanwhile, according to the statistics made by the Department of Forensic Medicine and Behesht-e Zahra cemetery, 20% of the deaths in the first six months of this year in Tehran were caused by some diseases related to heart failures.
Also medical practitioners believe that after heart failures and killer incidents it is the cancer which stands third in causing death in Tehran. They believe that even cancer is mostly caused by air pollution. Kuwaiti Shias Sponsor 24 Orphans in Bojnourd
JAVAN Head of the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee in Northern city of Bojnourd said that some Kuwaiti nationals have accepted to sponsor the living costs of twenty four orphans residing in the city. Mojtaba Besharati in a session of Administrative Council in Bojnourd said last week that these orphans stay in the earth quake hit area of the city and that the funds are remitted every three months.

AFARINESH The cute tiny little girl who is only seventeen months old has just recently succeeded to get a certificate of the youngest swimmer of the world. She has also been awarded one year free use of powdered milk, and also free baby pampers for one year. The Australian baby girl in a match could reach the finishing line in the pool just ahead of the other 2.5- and 4-year-old kids and put her name in the world book of records.
The baby can not yet walk properly and sometimes uses pacifier. She is so fond of water that she immediately goes into the water as soon as she sees it. Her mother says that from the beginning when she was born, she got used to and was habituated to water. The baby practices two sessions a week under the supervision of some instructors. QODS The deputy minister of education for financial affairs said that the budget deficit of 1,800 billion rials of the Ministry of Education this year will be covered with the cooperation of the Parliament and the Management and Planning Organization. According to IRNA, Mahmoud Ebrahimi said at a press conference yesterday that the ministry has an outstanding debt of 700 billion rials to the teachers from last year. On the transfer procedures, he said, the circular on the matter will be issued in March.
He said the transfer will be based on the place of residence of the spouse and also scoring the required 150 points. He added that transfer to large cities like Tehran, Isfahan, Shiraz, Rasht, Semnan, and so on is not allowed.
He further added that we can hire only 50% of those retired teachers from the Ministry. Therefore out of 16,000 retiring teachers, we can hire 8,000 new personnel this year. CIA's Plan to Overthrow Iranian Govt.

KAYHAN A senior CIA official disclosed the details of a plan to overthrow the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran. According to the plan, the CIA has concluded that economic and political levers will not work any more. The architects of the plan have suggested that cultural levers should be employed to undermine the Iranian political system.
