World Now Realizes That Imam Was Right About U.S.

The Founder of the Islamic Republic, Imam Khomeini, was the foremost champion in exposing the real nature of the pro-Zionist U.S. government, which has been supporting dictatorships in the East and the West and oppressing people all over the world for several decades. When the Imam warned the world against the hegemonic policies of the U.S., many did not believe the defender of the oppressed.

During the Cold War, the U.S. supported many brutal dictators, such as General Pinochet of Chile, who Washington is still protecting by refusing to release classified documents which would prove that he committed crimes against humanity. Finally, the world has realized that the Imam, who introduced religious democracy in Iran, was right. Now, most countries are trying to distance themselves from the country that is dreaming of becoming the world's only superpower. But its rulers do not know that great disillusionment awaits them.

Currently, U.S. President George W. Bush is on a visit to Europe. He arrives in Slovenia today after visiting Spain, Belgium, Sweden, and Poland.

The people of the host countries have staged massive protests against the U.S. policies and analysts believe that no U.S. president has been as unpopular in Europe as Bush.

Many of the protestors were oppressed by U.S. policies in the past and many are still suffering because of the irrational policies of that country. Despite strict security, the mostly young protestors demonstrated against U.S. policies on the environment and defense and U.S. exploitation of the Third World. Many people were detained after thousands of youths, shouting "Bush, the Murderer," clashed with police. After voicing their anger, they demanded that he goes home.

These anti-U.S. demonstrations carry a strong message to the pro-Zionist rulers in the White House. They should realize that they will have to face more angry protests if they do not stop their hegemonic policies. It is important to note the fact that even people in U.S. satellite countries now acknowledge that what the Imam said some two decades ago is true.yv+tr
