A member of the Majlis Cultural Commission protested to the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting for its not cooperating with the Majlis Research and Investigation Committee. Davoud Soleimani noted that according to Article 199 of the Majlis domestic by-laws, the investigation committee has been tasked to begin its activities immediately after the ratification of the bill. However, six months since the approval of the bill, IRIB has refused to present the necessary documents to the Majlis representatives.
